2023

Foundation

Every Connection Counts was founded in England by Toni Jennings and Emma Sedgwick, driven by their frustration as recent commercial leaders in both corporate and third-party agency operations. They identified a critical gap in the market: the need for programmes that are not only recent and relevant but also focus on retention, sharing best practices, and, most importantly, practical application. Initially targeting the healthcare sector, ECC set out to create specialised programmes designed to enhance communication and drive meaningful growth.

2023

Expansion into engineering, agency, student groups, care and veterinary sectors

Building on early successes in healthcare, the company expanded its services to a diverse range of industries, including aerospace, accounting, and IT. This broadening of scope allowed us to apply our expertise to new and dynamic environments.

2024

Rebranding

We undertook a significant rebranding effort to reflect our broader market focus and evolving mission. This included the launch of our company podcast, Every Conversation Counts, designed to share insights and foster meaningful dialogue on topics central to personal and professional growth. The future is growing our audience and our followers through the podcast – and we always are on the lookout for interesting guests!
